Here is a rainbow style flower card I made to welcome in spring and to submit in the CTS#215 challenge.
I am hoping it will encourage spring to come on a little faster. I am looking forward to getting outside and checking out the flowers in person.
Here is the challenge sketch and link to CAS(E) this sketch.. Stop by and check out all the wonderful designers and cards in the gallery.

This is National Letter Writing month. Although this is a note card I plan to send it out to a friend to say hello in honor of it being letter writing month. In fact I have challenged my self to write and send a letter in the form of a card each day this month. I had seen something on the internet which spoke to me and probably will to most of us who make cards. I have several that are just waiting to be sent. The article was right on the money as it mentioned how a letter is a gift. Who doesn’t like getting a letter or a pretty card in the mail. It is not too late to join in the fun and write up vs call up/text up some old friends!
This was a quick to make fun little paper pieced colored strips and die cut card. The white background has clear embossed tiny flowers, dots and leaves. I will be using the negative left over price in a future card.
Ingredients: Paper colors – black, white, aqua blue, yellow, red and lime green. Clear embossing powder, Black dynamo stamped sentiment. Stamps -Concord and 9th from Love you, Mean It stamp set. Dies from MFT stitched flowers and MFT stitched rectangle. Oh and of course a little Wink of Stella.
Happy Spring ~ Pat
