Celebrate your Birthday Card with the Mama Elephant’s Cat Agenda Stamps

Hello again. Here is a fun Birthday card I made using the adorable Mama Elephant Cat Agenda stamps and matching dies. I have wanted this set for a while and finally couldn’t resist any longer. I broke down and order both the cat and dog agenda sets. So cute!!! The card is fitting for the CAS on Friday, Shopping Our Stash and Seize the Birthday challenge. On with the card design and ingredients.

Card base is white 110# card stock that I pounced some Distress ink in antique linen just around the edge to create a border in a soft beige color. The card front is a white card stock cut with SSS stitched rectangle. I created the pink striped panel by masking a piece of white card stock off with painters tape and used Picked Raspberry Distress inks and did a tone on tone striping. This was then sprinkled some water droplets and dabbed it up with a paper towel to create some texture. I cut Striped panel as well with the stitched rectangle die so the edges matched the front panel. The Celebrate sentiment is from Avery Elle that I die cut and left it intact before removing it as it was easier to color. I colored it with the Hero arts Red ombré inks. This was glued to the front above the striped panel. I used the sentiment to ground the kitties that were stamped in Versafine black ink then colored with Prisma colored pencils. The cat accessories are topped with some Wink of Stella, The cats were popped up with foam squares. Final touches were adding the IT’S YOUR DAY and a few Pretty Pink Posh 3mm sparkling clear sequins.
