Hello Everyone,
Here’s a card I made for the PP#381 Sew Much Fun! Challenge and the Card Maker’s Choice SIP #138 Challenge.
It’s another layered up card. Lots of panels and die cuts. Let’s get to it….on with the card design and ingredients.
I used the papers from the SSS February card kit. Did mostly die cutting with a couple of stamped panels. Lots of dimension on this one. The buttons are either one or two layers each and the button border is popped up on thin foam squares and the sentiment panel is on thicker foam squares.
Paper: SSS Slate, Patterned paper from the Echo park papers all from the kit. I created a distress wash panel in cracked pistashio for the Button Bingo stamp.
Dies: Neat & Tangled scallop rectangle, SSS Stitched rectangle, MFT confetti hearts from Tag Builder Blue Prints #6, MFT Button dies. Sizzix decorative round die.
Stamps: Jilli Bean Soup Button Bingo, Sew Happy for You and MFT Congrats essential sentiment.
Inks: Versafine Onyx black, Distress ink in antique linen on edge of sentiment panel, Cracked pistashio for scallop panel and Festive berries for the Ombré hearts.
Other: May Arts silk ribbon and a little wink of Stella on the hearts and single buttons.
Be sure to check out the challenge blogs for more fun and inspiration.

I like the vintage look to your card. All the layers work well together and each adds to the sewing theme. The colours are lovely. Thank you for joining us at The Paper Players this week.
