Colorful Butterfly Birthday Card

Hello Everyone,
Stopping in tonight to share a colorful birthday card with some vibrant colors, dimension and texture.  I am trying to get back into the crafting groove after vacation and haven’t had much time. I did have a little time last night to spend in my craft room to finally use the SSS April card kit. On with the design and ingredients.

I used the butterfly stencil with the new Tim Holtz stencil brush (LOVE IT!) and some pattern paper from the kit along with stamps from SSS brush stroke message set and MFT Fly by Friends.

The pattern paper is embossed with Sizzix Tim Holtz alterations folder.

Inks used are Distress Oxide in Spiced Marmalade and Versafine Onyx black ink.

The focal panel is cut with a SSS stitched rectangle die. The sentiment is fussy cut and backed with a fussy cut black card stock shadow. Both are popped up on foam squares.

Lastly I added a few colorful enamel dots.
