Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a nice weekend. I have a card to share that I made for the SIP #148 challenge – farmhouse chic and the The Card Concept #92 Challenge – bold flower this week. I am still having fun with the Altenew Layered Rose Die and made another easy die cut card. On with the card design and ingredients.
Dies: Altenew layered rose die, Lawn Fawn die from gift box set, and a Fiskars scallop border punch.
Papers: SSS slate gray, Yellow and Green card stock. Pattern paper from the Carta Bella papers that came in the SSS March card kit.
Ink: Hero Arts Unicorn pigment ink and squeezed lemonade distress ink.
Other: May Arts silk ribbon.
TIP: When you need paper in varying hues of a color and don’t have it this is what I do -To make the yellow rose is just took yellow card stock for each layer and sponged varying amounts of white pigment ink sponged on it to get the 3 different yellow tones.
Be sure to check out the challenge blog for more fun and inspiration.
