Hello Everyone,
Hope you all had a great weekend. Sharing this card that I made to use as a sympathy card. These are always touch to make for me as I never want to make anything to fancy or with a lot of color and embellishments.
I think this one has just enough and really would be appropriate for someone going thought a tough time as well as a sympathy card. On with the design and ingredients.
The card base is a doll pink fuchsia colored card stock from SSS. The striped pastel panel if from a 6×6 pack from Pink Pasilee called Birthday Bash. The focal panel is a piece of Bristol Smooth paper.
The Peony Vase stamp is from Stampendous. This was an alcohol ink lift process. I had a red – pink panel the was already done. I used the ranger alcohol ink lift to stamp on the red panel then immediately stamped on the Bristol paper to get the inked image. Once it was dry I colored in just the leaves using 3 different green Prisma colored pencils. I cut the panel down and ran the edges lightly over a distress ink pad in festive berries.
I used a silver gel pen to added a few dots to the flowers on the vase. The panel is popped up on foam squares.
Used Versafine Onyx black ink for the sentiment. The sentiment is from a Stampendous set called Sincere Sentiments.
