Hi Everyone.
Happy Sunday! It’s a great day for crafting as it is a bit chilly out this morning. Fall is definitely here. The leaves are starting to fall in our area. So I thought I would share this fall flavored thankful/grateful card today. It is a reminder of how truly blessed I am and how grateful I am for everything.
Very excited to finally use this stencil set. I have had it for a while. When I saw it I thought I just have to have it. I am really glad I did. I used it for this beautiful background. I love it and will surely be using again and again. On with the design and ingredients.
It’s a stencil on stencil background done with Distress Oxides on Bristol smooth card stock. The die cuts were also sponged using the same colors. The panel is glued flat to an A2 top folded green card stock from SSS. The scallop frame is popped up on sponge foam squares. The flowers are strategically glued with foam and liquid glue. I also used an orange enamel dot for the flower center.
Ingredients:
Stamps – sentiment from Concord & 9th stripes and sayings stamp set.
Stencils – Concord & 9th Floral fill in stencils.
Dies: Taylored Expressions branches, banners and blooms dies and MFT stitched scalloped frame die.
Inks. Versafine Onyx black ink and Distress Oxide in Peeled paint, Spiced Marmalade and Fossilized Amber.
