Hello Everyone,
Hope you all had a great weekend. I was having fun with felt today. I put together this pretty Christmas card using a piece of aqua blue felt cut tree shape.
I love creating embellishments and think this on turned out beautiful. Hope you all like it as much as I do. I think there will be more felt designs in the future. On with the design and ingredients.
Fun and easy card to put together that is basically die cuts with a few layers. A panel with a stamped background and stamped sentiment. The tree is glued to a couple of white die cuts to give it stability. The star was also. The metallic silver papers has an adhesive backing.
Ingredients:
Stamps: Concord and 9ths Bitty Burst Turnabout stamp and a Michaels Recollection sentiment.
Dies: MFTs – Oh Christmas Tree, In and Out rounded stitched rectangle and the Blueprints tag builder 6 set. The die cut backgound is a cutting plate from Gina Marie Design’s.
Inks: SSS hybrid in Willow, Catkin. Gina K in Keylime and Catherine Pooler in Lime Rickey for the dotted background. Ranger Archival in Garden Patina for the sentiment and Distress ink in frayed burlap for the tree pot.
Paper. Neenah 110# A2 top folded card base. The front panels are Georgia pacific 110# white. The silver metallic is from SSS and the tree pot is a hand cut piece from a wood veneer paper from The Paper Source that’s was sponged with frayed burlap Distress ink.
