Hello Everyone. I have started making a few Christmas cards. I told myself this year I wouldn’t wait until the last minute. Here’s an easy CAS style card made with some holiday icon stamps. Linking this one to this weeks CTS #296 challenge. On with the design and ingredients.
The card base is Neenah 110# top folded A2 size card stock. The front panel is also and has been embossed using an Echo Park holly embossing folder.
I used a holiday icon stamp set from Bo Bunny for the images. These are stamped in Catherine Pooler rockin red ink. The sentiment is from a Hero Arts Christmas messages sentiment stamp set. Stamped in Versafine Onyx black ink.
The focal panel is die cut with a SSS stitched rectangle die. Part of the icons have been colored in using an old EK success marker. Added a few dots with a red gel pen and used a bit of Wink of Stella.
Layered it all up using a small rectangle border from a paper pack from Pink Paislee called Merry & Bright.
This icon set from BoBunny has so many cute little images. I believe it is meant for planner use but I can see using it to create background as well as focal images.
