Hello Everyone. Stopping in quick to share a Mother’s Day Card. The technique is easy. It is an inlaid die cut design.
It was a bit time consuming but definitely worth it. On with the design and ingredients.
Fairly straight forward with just die cutting and gluing the pieces back in place over the card base. Easy peasy. It really is a stunning card IRL. What makes it pop is the real veneer wood grain paper with the dark salmon colored shimmer paper. Very organic looking. Hope you like it.
Card base is an A2 landscape in Neenah desert storm. The wood grain paper is a speciality paper from The Paper Source. The shimmer paper is from a Sizzix pack called Brite-on. The die is from Spellbinders.
