Mom’s Day Coffee Mug Card

Hello Everyone. Hope you are all well. This is only my 2nd coffee card posted. I have been having fun making a few Mother’s Day enclosure gift cards. Sharing a few here including this cute coffee mug card for Mom.

I will be linking it to the challenge hop below.

On with the design and ingredients.

Paper: 80 pound Neenah white, MFT black, vellum, paper dot scraps left overs from prior die cutting project rom multiple colored CS and silver metallic adhesive backed paper.

Stamps: Hero Arts Mother’s Day set.

Ink/color medium: Versafine Onyx black, SSS hybrids and Arteza watercolor pencils.

Dies: Lawn Fawn spoon die and Reverse Confetti oval saucer die. Drive square dies.

Embellishments: burlap ribbon for saucer. Nuvo Crystal glaze for the coffee in the mug.

Stamped the background and then used the backside of the mug stamp to add the wonky hybrid colored ink over all the images. Cut out a square postage stamp price to use on another card.  Stamped another one colored with watercolor pencils and fussy cut it. The focal point background is a vellum panel over white to give it a soft smooth look.

Here are few more of the Mom note style cards I have done. Hope you like them.

Be sure to check out the challenge blog for more fun and inspiration.
