Hello Everyone. Happy Sunday. Hope you are enjoying your day and doing something you enjoy. I have been in my craft room today. Doing some organizing and a few cards. I got some magnetic sheets from Amazon delivered so I have been working on getting some of my dies clipped and filed away nicely. Not a lot of fun so I took a break and made a couple of cards.
Sharing this coffee themed card and will be linking it to the challenges below.
On with the design and ingredients.
Paper: Neenah 110# white card base. Neenah 80# for the front. Orange and Brown cardstock.
Ink/coloring medium: Prisma colored pencils, Versafine Vintage Sepia, Distress Oxide in Walnut stain for the brown and white tag. Distress Ink in ripe persimmons.
Stamps: Art Impressions – Coffee BFFs.
Dies: Hero Arts Infinity Circle Dies and tag from Spellbinders shapabilities jar labels.
Stencil: MFT mini staggered circles.
Embellishments: Wink of Stella pen for the earrings and brown bakers twine.
The circles and tags are popped up on foam squares.
Be sure to check out the challenge blogs for more fun and inspiration.
These challenges really spoke to me. The Hero Arts challenge asked to use item from stash that hadn’t been inked before. Have you heard the old saying “a month of Sundays” well I would need years of Sundays to complete this task. So fun. Loving using items I have had for while but are like new to me.
When I saw this Freshly Made Sketch I said oh I like that one. I need to make time to get a card done for it.
The Stamplorations challenges I just found and will be doing more of them. I love using stencils so this was a good one for me as well.
