Hello Everyone. Hope you are all well and staying safe. I have a fun thank you card I made for someone very special to me who works retail. He was able to score some of my favorite brand of toilet paper, aka “TP”, for us and dropped it at the door. I left this card taped to the door for them and included a little surprise. I think they like it and thought it was cute and appropriately funny. I hope you are all able to locate the supplies you need for your homes.
I will be linking it to the challenges below.
On with the design and ingredients.
Ingredients:
Paper: Card base is SSS High Dive, Neenah 80# white, yellow and black card stock.
Ink/coloring medium: Versafine Onyx black ink, Gina K sea glass and prisma colored pencils in various grays, light blue, scarlet red and pink.
Stamps: Retired Sweet Stamp Shop Marshmallow Holiday and Catherine Pooler Butterfly notes for the sentiment.
Dies: MFT Sunny Skies, Speech Bubble and Neat and Tangled scalloped rectangle die.
Embellishments: Wink of Stella pen for the “TP” shading and on the glasses.
I added black dot to the top of marshmallows to create the toilet paper. The sun, speech bubble and the 3 single toilet paper rolls are popped up on foam dots.
I have another similar card I did using the marshmallows and a gnome check it out here for more about how I was inspired.
