An Out of This World Whimsical Coffee Card

Hello Everyone. Hope you are all enjoying the long Memorial Day weekend.

Here is my second coffee card for the Coffee Loving Card Makers blog hop. I am sharing this fun whimsical out of this world coffee scrap card and will be linking it to the challenges below.

It’s an intergalactic being on another planet who needs help with getting more Coffee!

On with the design and ingredients.

What is meant by scrap card is all but a couple of element were pieces left over from previous projects. What was new was the tray and the sunburst embossed background. The circles, clouds, cups, robot and coffee pot were all leftovers. I just colored them up, sponged the sun burst, sponged the pot and stamped the sentiment onto the cloud and put it all together. Then added some Wink of Stella and some silver gel pen dots to the pot and some silver accents and eyes on the robot.

Ingredients:

Paper: Neenah 80# and 110# white, Black, light blue, gray card stock.

Ink/coloring medium: Prisma colored pencils in scarlet lake, warm gray, dark purple and black for the cups. Distress oxides in fire brick and festive berries for the pot and squeezed lemonade for the sunburst background and a little Gina K sea glass on the clouds.

Stamps: Hero Arts from a coffee themed planner set.

Dies: Pot/Kettle is from Paper Smooches – coffee and tea dies, Coffee cups are from Sizzix coffee cup stamp and die set, tray is from Heffy doodle – Happy snappy crocs, the robot is from Spellbinders the clouds are from MFTand circles are from Hero Arts infinity circle dies.

Embossing folder: Sunny Studio sunburst folder.

Embellishments: Goggly eye, Wink of Stella pen, and a silver gel pen.
