The last challenge of the year at the Card Concept Challenge is a bit different. I love that they have asked for us to share either our favorite card we have made this year or a picture of our Christmas tree or decorations.
Since I love my tree I chose to share this. It is 9 feet tall and has about 1,000 lights and hundreds of ornaments.
My tree includes baubles that are sentimental as some are gifts from those no longer with us or were ones I have been given because the theme was one that was known as a favorite of mine. We have many hand made some from over 40 years ago too the ones children and grandchildren have made as school age projects.
My topper is this fat Santa with skinny legs that I found at a craft show over 40 years ago. I have had to mend it a couple of times. I love that he sits up there it is like he is making sure we stay on the nice list.
It really does bring me so much joy. I sometimes just like to sit and admire it. I hope you like it too!
